Coussin lombaire intérieur / extérieur Feather

Pillow looks great. The packaging wasn’t great. The pillow was exposed to the shopping environment because the packing tape on the box was directly adhered to the pillow which created a large gap to the inside of the shipping box. There were smudges on the pillow from the adhesive of the tape. I spot cleaned and didn’t want to deal with an exchange. The pillow also permanently has a shape to it, like someone fluffed and karate chopped the top. I don’t know if this is the intentional style or if the pillow has a defect because one side is far more “shaped” than the other. It certainly doesn’t look like this on the product page. Also, the pillow design is on both sides, which I liked.
