I’m giving 3 stars because I’m satisfied with the way Wayfair dealt with my issue. They are simply sending another one at no cost to me. So they get a 5. But the item itself was badly stretched on the wooden frame. It’s crooked and not usable. So the item gets a 1. Not impressed. Hopefully the replacement is of better quality! So, I just received my replacement and it’s just as bad as the first one. The picture is mounted crookedly on the stretcher frame. It looks cheap and thrown together. NOT worth the price. I plan to try and return both of these defective items for a full refund. Update: Wayfair refunded the full price of my purchase which I appreciate. I certainly wouldn’t recommend that anyone buy this item or any other art pieces from the same brand.
