«Inhale Exhale Arrow», art textuel sur toile

The simplicity of this canvas art piece is a consistent reminder of my favorite yoga teacher’s mantra everything starts with the breath. I put this in my Zen Room (now that the stepdaughter moved out). It fits well on (a shelf (Wayfair) by my desk (another Wayfair piece). It can go anywhere due to its neutral and simple design. And, it’s just large enough to remind you to breathe without being obtrusive and unzen-like. It is also light enough to hang anywhere easily, I thought it was a bit pricey, but it is well-made. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
