Arrived in box with gaping holes and tears. Part of frame is missing - unfortunately it is the top piece where attachhang it from (thought about moving bottom piece to top but bottom piece is firmly in place) photo on website shows a complete frame. This was an “open box” purchase which had been “inspected” - there was no mention of any pieces missing. Also, the clock doesn’t keep time. Very disappointed.
