The box arrived with top opened. One of the corner protectors was missing. No paper work if there was suppose to be. The frame itself was awful. One side had started to come apart at a join due to no horizontal supports. Never seen a 48”x 48” picture so poorly supported by the frame. Hanging system consisted in putting 2 screws into wall plugs & placing the top picture support on the screws. The frame would not have been able to support proper hanging devise. The picture itself is lovely but more staples needed to pull the canvas tight.
