Horloge de cheminée en bois avec compartiment caché

I am completely delighted with this mantel clock. I’ve been wanting a clock for my mantel but had not found one that I liked, until now. Honestly, I was a bit concerned about the quality after reading a negative comment in another buyer’s review. I do not share their negative opinion, I found the clock to be hefty in weight and very attractive in appearance, the wood grain is rich looking, I love the contrast of the dark wood tone and the white face. The front panel opens to insert a battery and set the time, it can also be used as a hiding place. I am so glad that Wayfair had this clock, I love it and recommend it.

This wood mantel clock is impressive in so many ways. The size is larger than expected, the finish is beautifully done and the hidden compartment is so useful for hiding cash and valuables. Oh, and I didn’t know before purchasing that it was lockable and came with two keys! Just remember to leave instructions in your will to NOT throw away or donate the mantle clock because it might have some goodies in it. Lol.

I was really surprised by this clock! Figuring out how to open it was a bit tricky, but the secret compartment inside is pretty good sized and kind of a fun part of the clock! It is beautiful and the bright white face makes it easy to see the time!

It works. I like the hidden compartment but the clock itself does look cheap. There are marks on it and the clock part itself isn't my complete favorite. It does work as expected and was shipped securely

This is a great find, it is well built and great quality. The design and styles are retro and simple. A double purpose of a clock and a valuables storage that is well hidden unless you know what you're looking for. Highly recommended.
