BEWARE BUYERS!!!! I am an animal lover and NEVER USE REAL DOWN, OR FEATHERS IN MY INSERTS! This item said FAUX DOWN. I had my doubts. Sure enough!! False advertising .. on the tag it said WHITE DUCK FEATHERS! The smell was horrific from the dirty feathers, I was appalled. Animal lovers, BEWARE. I LOVE the pillow case. NOT the insert. I used my own beautiful, soft, clean, down alternative. Customer service were great and gave me 25% refund. Least it is something. Poor ducks. Why didn't they look inside at the tag before allowing people to buy this?
