We have a mixture of knockdown/orange peel wall texture, standard apartment walls in the south. The wallpaper laid good enough over the texture and I suspect it will hold up over time. I’ve used peel and stick wallpaper on these type of walls before in another apt and it held up. Our apt is temperature controlled so it never gets incredibly hot or humid in here so no worries about it peeling off. Also the paper is thick which also hides a little bit of the knockdown texture. All in all I’d recommend. I paired it with plastic drop in ceiling tile across the baseboard and used double sided tape to attach it to the wall. My husband said the wallpaper was difficult to ensure it was perfectly vertical all the way across. Other than that he said it was all worth it. I actually had a wall gallery behind my sofa that I almost don’t want to put back up anymore because the wallpaper and fake molding adds so much visual interest you really don’t need to spend any more on artwork.

Pretty good, looks like it does online. A little difficult for my guys to install but nothing crazy.
