I would give no stars, but the representatives that I spoke to were sympathetic and very friendly that explains the one star. Now for my order, I received my canvas print, but it was rippled at the top and at the bottom, it was not stretched properly and tight enough over the frame. I immediately reported it and wanted to return it for a replacement. I did this via text message which was very convenient and easy to do. It seemed like it was resolved with the first try. When I didn’t see the shipping label in my account or via email. I immediately text space a day later. I asked for the shipping label to be emailed to me. I was told that it would show up in my account. After the second text, attempt to follow up for the shipping label, I was referred to talk to a representative who could “force“ the shipping label to be emailed, after speaking with the first representative, I was told that the representative who was texting me put a hold on my account so they couldn’t send the label to me or do any work on my account. So they updated my phone number and said that the person who responded to me in the text “Tamara“ would contact me back, I waited the weekend before I made the second call. That Monday I contacted a second person and she said there was no problem sending the shipping label and canceling the order and get a refund. It’s been three days and I still have not received a shipping label nor is my account updated mind you I know there’s nothing wrong with my account because the $3000 worth of other items I purchased are updating as they are being shipped and delivered. If I don’t have a resolution by Friday, I will be canceling the other items and returning them. It’s been two weeks, total for what would be a simple resolution, being dragged out, super disappointed. As of the 2/26, I’ve been told the defect isn’t big enough and now I will have to pay to ship it back. Today 2/27, received an email from Sarah Jane, stating that the ripples in the canvas is superficial and offering me a discount to keep the picture. Canvas is supposed to be tight around the frame and not have ripples in the picture which affects the integrity of the artist work, so I declined, I asked her to send me shipping label and I would like a refund and she never responded. Thankfully on Friday the 28th Lamara “L” helped me. Finally someone smart and who actually cares. She did it with one phone call. Got my label and the refund! Thank you Lamara, you deserve recognition, and I appreciate you very much.
