Overall I absolutely love the look of this wallpaper. It’s elegant and classy. Both the green and cream stripes have a slight pattern to them which really helps seams disappear. However while installing we found that this wallpaper does not cut smoothly. 3 of us worked together for this and we all had the same trouble. It does fine with scissors but not blades when you’re cutting the excess after pasting to the wall. Which is the most important time to get a clean cut! We were meticulous, tried new blades, smaller blades, more pressure, less pressure, cutting it immediately after pasting, waiting about an hour, waiting a whole day to cut, using a flat tool to cut against, even trying free hand. NOTHING made a difference. I do not think with all the things we tried that it could have been user error. I think this wallpaper is beautiful but on the thin side which means it is prone to tearing. It was a bear to work with in that regard and as a result requiring an extra step of caulking my edges that I didn’t plan on but other than that I am pleased with the look and had no other installation issues.
