I received the mirror on the exact day the email said I would receive it. I also like the fact I get text messages on the day of delivery. One stating it was out for delivery, and the second telling me it was delivered. So be sure to sign up for text updates. I am always concerned with the packaging of the items I purchase. You can buy the nicest item, but if the packaging is horrible and the item arrives damaged, it is a huge frustration. YOu can see by the pictures the mirror arrived packaged in a carboard box, and then the mirror was totally enclosed in a styrofoam box with the lids taped in place. The miorror was wrapped in plastic, and the even had thin pieces of styrofoam in between the frame and the rails on each side. I am decorating in the very common modern farmhouse design and my primary colors are black and gold. I was concerned that the gold would be too bright. Upon receipt it is just perfect. It is a very mild gold which almost has an aged brass look. It is very heavy and is very well constructed. I like it so much I am going to order a second mirror to place them side by side in the master bathroom. Great product!

 mirror is absolutely beautiful. We got it when we renovated our older bathroom. I wanted something that looked rustic, but was still modern. I love the way it looks and that you can hang out both horizontal and vertical.
