If I could give a rating lower than 1 star, I would. Picture is beautiful, however, it arrived damaged. I immediately (same day) notified Wayfair. Wayfair responded and said their manufacturer (resolution support Wayfair) was best suited to support the issue, and I should expect expect an email within two days. Resolution support reached back out the afternoon of the 10th. They asked if I was interested in receiving a replacement order. I responded back within the hour with a yes, I would love a replacement — On the 11th they thanked me for my confirmation and said Wayfair will assist further regarding the replacement item and would provide instructions for the damaged item. Many hours, text messages, and email exchanges later, and I still do not have my picture, or any useful information regarding the status of shipment or approximate time frame for my replacement to arrive. The responsiveness of Wayfair’s customer service and resolution teams is lacking and there has been little care or understanding given to this situation, my dissatisfaction, and the many requests I have made for status of my replacement art that I’ve already paid for.
