Arrived damaged. It's easy to see why- It was packaged with only a very thin strip of styrofoam. Wayfair is generally good about handling returns; however, I had shards of glass inside the house, and finding a way to dispose of a 3x5f feet glass mirror safely is an incredible ordeal. Not to mention, I wasted money on the Angie proservice, and their tech's time. Proceed with caution when ordering this mirror.

Perfect!! When the package arrived, the box was pretty damaged and I was so worried about the mirror being broken. WOW, all in one piece thanks to the exceptional packaging. I did not frame it and looks great in the bedroom. Carefully read the directions to hang because it is a little more complicated but very secure after hanging. Just look at the great reflection in the mirror!
