I ordered this two times and each time it came broken. The way that it is packaged allows for it to be broken during shipping. The box is very thin with very little foam.

Wayfair says item arrived, but this item did not. Only 1 of 2 items delivered. I tried notifying online without success. I tried your Chat, but not certain what that accomplished.

Love this platter so much I ordered a second one. They are displayed on two different shelves in my living room and are absolutely what was needed. I love them!
