Je suis très déçu c'était pour un cadeau de Noêl très mal représenté sur votre site vraiment une fausse représention. Et de plus très long pour recevoir ma commande.

The set itself is nice, one bottle, one set of reeds and one ceramic branch…not 3 bottles on a tray as pictured. This was to be a gift, but not now with the condition of the box being so deplorable. It is covered in dirty black fingerprints and has a big blob of glue where perhaps a seal belonged. Worst of all, it took 2-1/2 months to get to me ands that’s with me pursing its whereabouts. No matter the quality of the item itself, its packaging and tardiness render it undesirable and useless as the intended gift it was meant to be.

Pretty! Although I thought I was receiving all 3 diffuser vessels, just one came in the box, glad it was one that I liked considering I didn’t get an option. The diffuser is beautiful and the “reeds” are just as beautiful! The fragrance that comes with it is clean, crisp and mild, not overwhelming.

I will start with the positives, this is a very beautiful diffuser and it seems to be very well made. Now for the negatives, it doesn't seem to work at all! The oil doesn't seem to absorb up the stem at all. However, I am not sure I want it to as it smells heavily like alcohol.

This diffuser is beautiful! The stem is ceramic but you have the option of using it or reeds. The fragrance is really nice and isn’t overpowering. The box it was packaged in is so pretty it would make a nice gift. The contents were packed in styrofoam so there is little risk of damage. It arrived on time and was well packaged in a sturdy box.
