Sunburst Mirror

The first one delivered was not packed effectively and arrived bent out of shape. Customer service was fantastic and set me up with a return and promptly re-shipped a replacement. It was packed much better yet still ever so slightly bent, but I was able to bend it back into place. The mirror looks really nice over a queen size bed, but is not easy to hang because it is difficult to hold onto. If I have to move it, I will use gloves because my fingers got pinched between the “sun beams.” overall I am pleased because for the size it was well priced compared to others I was looking at. Just be aware that the metal biends really easily.

Love the mirror. Mirror was damaged bad experience, was told if not return in 30 days I would have to pay $541.00 didn’t pay that much for starburst mirror. Was also told UPS would pick up on the 5th of may, did not receive label to put on return package. I called and the person that I talk with was very helpful, she did research to find out wrong email address was used. The person that was so rude should had confirmed my email address. You pay so much for a product n you receive it damage n in the process of opening the box , when box was moved the bottom of box was torn causing a scratch on my hard wood floor, the guy from Wayfair told me to call UPS , makes no sense UPS did not bring inside my house, Wayfair employee just didn’t want to deal with this situation. It was the the poor packaging , on top of that i had to purchase my own tape to return the damage item. That is crazy. Never heard a word about my floor n I did take pics of torn box also my floor.

I will love it in my dining room after it’s hung up on the wall!

Good value for the money I spent. It is centered over my living room fireplace. It is what I needed to finish the area.
