I ordered this frame for my father in law as a Christmas gift and I knew it was too late for a delivery before Christmas. I was given a delivery date of 24th to 26th December so I went ahead and ordered. I then got a notice to say it would not be delivered till the 28th. Then, when it didn’t arrive on the 28th I checked again and it was delayed again. I contacted wayfair who advised me it was still sitting waiting to be picked up by the courier. We finally got it yesterday, the 5th of January. Frame is great but delivery along with the fact I had to chase or who knows when it would have been collected, very poor service.
