This is the perfect easel to hold my cookbooks while I create in the kitchen. It doesn’t take up a lot of room like other easels I have tried.

The dimensions listed for this item are incorrect. The WIDTH is 3.98" and the DEPTH is 7.99". Which, in my case, made the item a problem as I needed a stand with a short width to fit the space allowed and a wide width to hold an open daily diary. Very annoyed.

Thick and sturdy. Worked for my needs, I displayed a 1" hardcover book (closed). Note that books are not likely to stay open using this easel.
