I love the mirror and spent a long time looking for one. It arrived in tact, but there were minor defects. There was a very small hole in the frame and a piece that is missing or doesn't touch the other part of the frame where it should. I repaired the hole with some tissue paper and tape on the back , then used some Rub N Buff on the front. The frame is metal, not resin, but as most things on Wayfair, a little overpriced.
