I received this Sconce and the whole piece was warped and the candle holder was bent. I reached out to Customer Service and they offered me a discount to keep. I bent the candle holder and super glued it. It really is a nice accent to my office wall. I appreciate how they worked with me for a resolution. I love Wayfair!
