I’m returning this item because the glass on the Magnifying Glass has a film on it that cannot be removed.

I have always been a reader, and my grandmother used to tease me that, even with glasses, I would be blind by 5 years old. That was 75 years ago, and it is true. I saw this set of a Letter-Opener and a Magnifying Glass and knew I needed it! The set is large, heavy, and longer than usual.
