I just received the curtains that I ordered and they are damaged. They have grease on them. The package was ripped for the great big hole. I want these curtains for my grandson‘s bedroom. Please tell me what I need to do to get another order that I don’t have to pay for

These are perfect for our playroom- so bright and colorful! They are a bit thin, though, and not easy to pull along the the curtain rod, so I wouldn't recommend them for a room where you need to open and close them all the time for darkness.
