Color off and damaged when the wallpaper arrived

I was very disappointed with the quality and color of this wallpaper- it has a pink hue and was wrinkled up when I took it out of the smashed up box it came in.

Wallpaper color did not look like the photo. I thought I was wallpapering my husband's office tan and very deep black instead it had pink or reddish tones in it instead of tan and the black was very washed out. Then the instructions were vague in describing if the rolls should match up or overlap and overall not descriptive enough for a person new to wallpapering. The instructions said anytime you need assistance, we're here for you! Reach out to our customer support team -- we usually respond within 24 hours and are happy to help, yet no contact information was given to do so. What!! There was not even a name on any paperwork as to what company even made the wallpaper. I usually read reviews before I buy but somehow could not even find them on the Wayfair site which would have been helpful.
