Sea Star Vase

This is a pretty piece, but the color...oh the color. It's so blah! I wouldn't call it "antique gold." It doesn't have any of the metallic shine in the photo, nor does it have the warm, coppery, antique gold look of the photo. It's tan with a TINY amount of sheen. (In fact, it looks shinier in the picture I'm posting than it really is.) I'm going to try to lightly paint it with a gold metallic paint or gold leaf because it could be a really pretty conversation piece.

As advertised - nice size, construction. Good packing for shipment without damage.

I agree with those that said the finish is not as bright as it is shown online. It is duller than the photo. I solved the problem with a little Rub n Buff in Antique Gold (Michael’s carries it).For the price it is a very nice piece and it took all of 15 minutes to brighten it up!

Finish not as pictured. Too much hassle to return

I am very pleased with this vase - well-crafted and beautiful. About the size of a cantelope. It adds an elegant contrast amongst my collection of white minimalistic vases.

The finish on the vase looked very different from the picture. It was very flat - had none of the variation or highlights that showed in the picture.

Superb piece, beautifully done. Looks much pricier than it was.

Just as expected, timely shipment well packaged.
