So many issues with this series. To begin, I ordered the frame based on stated dimensions - but the dimensions are incorrectly matched to frame (so ordered one that said it was 18 x 22", but then a smaller square one arrived instead). Called to request the larger one, was sent a second square one. Kept that, and paid for the larger size (so purchased two frames, when only needed the larger one). First time larger frame was shipped UPS sent it back proactively because of damage, but Wayfair said it was delivered. Had to submit a claim. Second one arrived wrapped only in bubble wrap, so not surprising it had a cracked frame. Another claim. Third one arrived still in bubble wrap, with shattered glass. WHY??? Asked for a refund but the system showed that the replacement only cost me the shipping charge, not my original $45 + tax. Fingers crossed I get a full refund, otherwise I've spent almost $100 and wasted literally two months on a desired frame that I never received. So frustrating!!!
