We enjoyed the clock until the cukoo stopped working after a few months. I contacted manufacturer within the warrenty time, they said they were sending a new clock. Nothing. Now they don't answer emails.

I don't recommend buying this product. First of all, it's not even close to the color in the images. It's very light grey and no where near as dark as the images suggest. Also very cheaply made with thin plastic. Mine arrived with a busted (completely free swinging) hour hand, and neither chime nor the cuckoo were functional. Even if it had worked, it certainly wasn't worth the price. I ended up returning it and just eating the return shipping cost since Wayfair wouldn't take responsibility for that either.
