It arrived well packaged vacuum sealed in a much smaller box than anticipated. After opening it took shape almost immediately. The fabric covers on the Velcro are a nice touch. It sets up nice and seems to hold well. My wife folded the bottoms out and this allowed her to sit with her legs crossed and comfy on the couch. The cup holders have slots you can’t see for the handle on a coffee mug or just about any cup with a handle. Her big ole Stanley cup fit so she was happy.
