The frames are nice, but the packaging needs some improvement. We ordered 6 of these frames on February 13th, which are lovely, but it took until March 27th to receive two full sets. Our first order arrived with half of the frames broken, and our replacement order arrived with one frame broken. Shipping takes longer than expected (longer than the norm these days), and I believe they need to package their frames better to help with damage control. I appreciate Wayfair and their supplier for working to make it right, just really disappointed that it took over a month to get all 6 frames intact.

This picture frame is made so well. It’s sturdy, the materials are all top quality, and the construction is great. I like that there are different options for hanging this frame and appropriate how easy it was to hang.

The frame arrived on time, but they sent me the wrong color. Customer support said I could keep the black frame and that they’d send a replacement white frame. Somehow I ended up getting two replacement white frames. I told customer support, and they said I could keep both, so overall I got the frame I originally wanted and ended up with two spares. The frame looks nice and the customer support was great.
