Hewitt Kicks Miroir

First of all the website advertises this as perfect for bathrooms and living rooms it says mountable two dressers, but also says perfect for bathrooms and living rooms, which would mean it would also be installed on a wall because nobody has a dresser in their bathroom. I also called prior to ordering to make sure this mirror came with hardware attached to the back of the mirror as I did not want to have to deal with it if it did not. I was told by the representative I spoke to it came with a D rings on the back of the mirror. She lied either she read it and lied anyway or she did not feel like researching it but she told me it did and they have that conversation. They told me they could see it so Wayfair know I’m not making this up. It arrived with nothing on the back of it and only instructions to mount it to a dresser no instructions on how to install it on a wall because it appears as though you cannot put it on a wall it’s heavy and there’s nothing on the back and no way to hang it on anything on a wall. I had to call numerous times and started to feel like I was getting the runaround. I wanted to find out if it was a manufacturer error which somebody mentioned and get another one finally by my third phone call after being told they would have to do research. I was told by someone no it says right here. It does not come with D rings so I don’t know why the first person couldn’t tell me that. I also wanted my money back immediately when I got that answer and I wanted someone to come pick up the mirror they sent me because this was their error not mine, it’s heavy and too big for me to carry to a FedEx or a UPS store to return. This was not on me. These were multiple errors by Wayfair and their people I should not be responsible for trying to get it to somewhere to return, and the box was destroyed in the delivery and in me trying to get it out of the box I made numerous attempts and I kept getting the runaround being told they would have to send it to this department and that department, etc., etc. on Monday. I received an email from their resolution department telling me your order was sent to us in error that about did me in because it was sent to them on purpose so this would’ve started the whole process all over again. I called one last time and told them if they didn’t resolve it refund me immediately because I needed to find a new mirror and send somebody to pick up this mirror that I was calling my bank to resolve it and reviewing them all over and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau she kept me on hold my entire lunch break and came back and said she could not do anything. She had to send it elsewhere so I told her I was done and I did exactly what I said I was going to do now my bank is handling it. This is 100% their error. I have screenshots of the description on their website they have an account of my phone call and their representative’s lie. it’s too bad because it’s a nice mirror and I really wanted it, but I’m not mounting it to a dresser. I just need a big mirror for my bathroom. Terrible customer service here.
