I ordered my canvas print with the price posted. It arrived $20 dollars over the purchase price. I called Wayfair and could only speak to service people from India who were Very hard to understand. The first one told me he could not help me unless I had a computer. I replied I did not but I ordered off my phone and paid by credit card by my phone which is on internet. He hung up on me while I was still asking a question. The 2nd man I spoke to answered the phone already irritated and raised his voice to me and very rudely said unless you have a computer I can't help you. I asked if I could just speak to someone about what happened and he yelled back at me that he already told me I have to have a computer and hung on me. I have never had any problems with Wayfair before this. I did not deserve to be treated in such an abrupt and rude way. I will NEVER order from you again and neither will my friends.
