The Graceful Heron canvas-wrapped print The problem: While the main image was intact and visually appealing, the manufacturer failed to properly wrap the image around the edge of the canvas. The specific defect: On the left edge, a portion of the bird's yellow beak was prematurely repeated. This was visually distracting and made no sense, as it was a small segment of the beak rather than a mirrored portion of the bird's head. My solution: I used a marker to color in the error, a quick fix to resolve the visual annoyance. In conclusion: the manufacturer's poor planning led to the defect and that the lower price of the print was likely a consequence of this low-quality production. The price was not an issue I bought it because it was the perfect match for my room. Theis was clearly a manufacturing error. It is an issue of improper "gallery wrapping" and highlights a failure in quality control. I do not recommend.
