Picture arrived 3 days ago. We removed the picture from the box and it appeared to show us that the print was not Centered in the frame. We decided to have it sit for a few days because it had been shipped and delivered during a very cold spell here in Michigan. This morning upon putting it on the table we realized that the metal tabs that were holding the print and cardboard backing have too much room to move and hence does not hold the print inside the frame. There is no way to resolve this since the print is unable to be held between the plastic and frame (see pictures.)
