The 4 stars is for the print itself. It is actually very nice. If, however, you can find it at another retailer, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping there, and not here. My order took 12 days to arrive with EXPEDITED shipping. This was a mass produced print that should have been able to be shipped in 2-3 days at regular shipping. On a positive, customer service was easy to reach, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, too little too late.
