Size:60" W x 24" L

I ordered a curtain. It said it was 24 inches long. My window is a little bit bigger so I thought this would work great. The curtain is NOT even 24 inches long I even took the rod out and put it on the very top which leaves me with no ruffle at the top. The curtain is still short It also mentions getting 10% off. I didn't get that. It never came thru to my email. Misrepresentation. Last time I will order
