Here’s the deal about this. First of all, understand the rod isn’t aesthetically pleasing. And it’s not fun to figure how to adjust or put up with no previous smart curtain installation experience. Now, my remote came faulty. Rattling, won’t turn on. They said they’ve sent a replacement which was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it was a holiday so hoping it shows up in the next few days so I can actually use these per an with a working remote.

False advertising. Avoid this product. The remote included with the product doesn’t work and won’t sync with the motor. The instruction manual is terrible—it contains incorrect steps, misleading information, and is clearly poorly written. The biggest issue is that the motor doesn’t fully open or fully close the blinds as advertised. On top of that, the instructions claim this is a battery-powered motor, but that’s misleading. It actually needs to remain connected to a chargerpower source to operate reliably. Overall, this product fails to perform as advertised. Poor quality, inaccurate instructions, and misleading product information make it a complete disappointment.

Hard to program and install, no video instructions and the instructions that came with it are horrible!

The track is extremely hard to install. The hardware provided falls off from the wall very easy. The instructions and support are very bad. Unfortunately I’m going to have to return it.

Love this! I love that it opens on a schedule with the sunrise and closes with the sunset. I wish I got it sooner.
