Why must products like this be so difficult to install The screw heads strip when trying to install the brackets. The shade rail does not push into the bracket easily. Whatever the illustration for step 3 is supposed to look like is indecipherable. Someone’s hand is turning something clockwise, but what What is that This has been a thoroughly frustrating experience.

The product uses a steel headrail design that was not pictured or described on website. This was meant for replacement of a slotted wooden headrail that has mounting hardware in place. Cannot use this because of mounting method -- have to ship back. This low rating is a reflection of incomplete product description -- not what expected.

Just what I needed for one window, but I wish I needed more!! Elegant -old school- bamboo blinds are hard to find at any price point , but this one is the real deal plus it was easy to hang. For over mount order 4 inches larger ( 2 inches for each side ) and you'll have the coverage and be all set.
