This was even nicer in reality than what I expected based on the pictures. Partially painted and partially embroidered design is perfect in my nautical decor. Mine arrived with a ripped package and some dirt on my pillowcase, and I was given the option of replacing it versus refunding a portion of the price. Good customer service.
