Wow, what a unique vase. I love the birds surrounding it and it is perfect colors of white and gold that will match with any decor. I only gave it a 4 star because it is very tall and will have to have tall flowers to fill it. Otherwise, it is lovely.

It is very hard to put into words the magnificence of this most unusual, gorgeous ‘Bird Vase’ by House of Hampton. Upon opening the incredibly double boxed package I was truly shocked at its beauty and uniqueness. This 14 Inch shimmering white porcelain piece, surrounded by 8 golden birds of simplistic design from traditional to ultra-modern is spectacular. The curved top is painted gold as well defining its individuality. The vase is reminiscent of the bygone days of Hollywood glamor to an eclectic modern approach to design. With nature paramount in our lives, it is advantageous to bring that lovely reality indoors. The uniqueness of this piece can be visually appealing and appropriate with or without flowers. If intended for a gift, I suggest purchasing two, as parting with this vase will be impossible, especially due to its incredibly low price.

At first, I was not sure I liked this vase. It is much bigger than I thought it would be. I think it would be a lot cuter if it were a smaller more delicate size. It seems to be of very high quality. I tired different faux floral stems but in the end I liked simple greenery better. I ended up getting a faux fern. The shipping took longer than I am used to with Wayfair. It sure was protected in transit. It came in a big box. I thought to myself, how big is this vase! But it came in a big box wrapped with lots of bubble like packaging. Inside was another smaller box where the insides were lined in styrofoam. It was a bit of an overkill in my opinion. But I am cognizant of the waste that packaging creates.
