Miroir mural Stroup

I had been looking for a silver leaf mirror for years and finally found this one!! I was extremely disappointed when it showed up and it had a gold tone to it. Additionally, there were probably 50 small nail heads visible around the perimeter where they had attached the surface layer of wood to the structural piece of wood. I ended up bringing it to a glass and mirror shop and they covered the entire surface of the frame with mirror. It was a costly fix, but the shape and depth of the piece was exactly what I was looking for so I bit the bullet and had it done. This was not an inexpensive mirror to start with, at +/- $300, so all in I paid over $400 for it.

Loved this mirror. It was large, heavy, well constructed, and unique.

This mirror is heavy, sturdy and fits perfectly in the space I bought it for! I love it!
