They're helpful. AND, if you call, they connect you to someone. Wayfair doesn't have a recording that asks stupid questions to get you to the right person. Stupid questions from 5 categories, and none of the categories are anything like your problem. Then you pick a problem just to get to talk to someone. Whichever category you pick, the answer is always, No need to connect you to an agent, you can do that online at www.blablablabla.com Have a nice day, CLI CK, and they're gone. Thats a big deal you know. A recording like that is almost worthless and then, the customers left dealing with it are left just hanging, having to look for more tricks to let the recording let you speak to a person. A recording is an employee. No one wants to speak to a stupid employee, and that's what it's like to talk to a recording, it's like talking to an idiot and this is one of your employees? That's one of many good things they provide here.
