Beautiful and exactly what I wanted!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Wayfair from start to finish. I ordered a specific size 24x48 and not only did the correct item never arrive, but after I requested reimbursement, my order was randomly canceled by some Wayfair employee without my authorization or consent. No explanation, no accountability, nothing. They sent me 16x24 size which THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THAT SIZE ON THEIR PAGE. I gave Wayfair another chance and reordered the exact same product, only for them to make the exact same mistake AGAIN and send me a 16x24 size instead of what I actually ordered. 24x48. This is beyond incompetence at this point. The customer service and management handling have been absolutely terrible. Every interaction feels disorganized, careless, and completely disconnected. Nobody seems to know what’s going on, nobody takes responsibility, and the issue still has not been properly resolved. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.

Beautiful!! Just what I expected!

Only used 2 in the bedroom and used the second one somewhere else
