The frame is cardboard, and there were a few visible scratches on it. Black permanent marker did a good enough job hiding the marks, so we did not return or replace it. The fact that it is a screen print is very obvious up close since it is not on canvas, but it looks good in the spot we have it. The biggest factor for the rating is the hardware. The frame comes with hardware, but you have to put the hardware on the back of the picture yourself, which adds another step to getting the picture up.

Artwork arrived damaged was offered a 20% discount if I kept it , I figured it would be easier to just keep rather than having to return it. I would have appreciated a larger discount.

Nice design, but looks a tad low res up close. From a distance though, looks great!

Picture is a real match for my modern olive green couch. Perfect length, too.
