I ordered the natural wood frame, but it came out dark oak. Very disappointed. I places an order mistake request, they answer be that « Due to the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors and other factors such as room lighting vs studio lighting, the colors you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate representation of the actual product. ». Well, be the judge! What a good way to get rid of the problem. Poor after sale service. Also the frame is cheap plastic.
