These were sent to us in absolutely excellent condition. The packaging was outstanding and well thought through. The quality could not be any better! I highly recommend using them for extremely tall windows like ours. It makes opening and closing them so easy and effortless. The quality could not be better.

Scratched up. Package was delivered in a rough box and tapped so inside with packing tape that I had to painstakingly peel it directly off the bar. There were not enough slides included and an uneven number of hooks for the slides. The bar itself seems nice and sturdy but the package and quality care of the finish was not worth the price.
