Unfortunately, it was chipped in several different places & very noticeable, I really wanted this item, your delivery services need & have to be improved

Horrible delivery service. My mirror was scheduled for delivery 125. Rearranged my work schedule to be home for delivery only to receive an email two hours later telling me that my delivery would be rescheduled. Immediately called Wayfair and no one knew why. ☹️… finally on 1210 I received my mirror, however the delivery service decided to leave my over 2,000 mirror in my driveway when I selected inside entry way, First secure area inside entryway. Delivery team wanted to argue and I had to call Wayfair in order for the delivery team to honor my request. I did not see anything about white glove service as I was told, so until I can get someone out to remove the packaging I will not get to enjoy it’s beauty. The day after I purchased the mirror, the price dropped. Wayfair does not honor refunding the difference within 30 days if the price drops. I gave two stars because of the horrible delivery service.
