Works and looks great. NO ticking noise!!

The clock is too small. I want to return it. How do I do this? I have not opened the box. I will order a bigger size. Thank you. Valerie Eggers

Perfect size — not too large and is silent (no annoying ticking). I did drop it while hanging and the plastic frame cracked. Almost can't see it, but that's not great. Quality seems OK, just obviously not meant for dropping on a tiled floor.

Runs absolutely silently which was the primary goal.

Perfect for our space: size, black hands on bright white face is easy to read, no clicking noise! Great price too
