First package arrived with a broken frame, which annoyed me. But it was easy to replace, arranged on line, the replacements sent without any problem, and I was told to keep the broken originals, which meant I didn't have to schlep down to UPS to return it at the height of the Christmas season and wait in line. Very easy! Pictures are great, price is right, and I am impressed how you deal with problems.
