I am giving this mirror 5 stars based on the excellent shipping and packaging. The mirror arrived extremely well protected, securely encased in the box, and there was no damage whatsoever upon delivery. The tempered glass and overall quality look great right out of the package. At this time, I have not been able to install or test the LED lighting features because my bathroom remodel is still in progress. Therefore, I cannot yet comment on the functionality of the lighting, color temperature settings, or dimming features. However, based on the care taken in packaging and the condition of the mirror upon arrival, I am very pleased with the product so far and look forward to installing it once the remodel is complete.

The mirror came packaged perfectly! However, upon opening, the back part that attaches to the mirror is unattached from the mirror itself. We have no way to hang it. My husband is going to try to scrape the glue, and try another glue option. The lights work well, but over all, I feel that when something is ordered like this, it should arrive ready to hang and not broken. Because we have extra steps for it to *maybe* be able to be used, I docked one star, but the other 4 stars remain because its otherwise in working order.

The frame design is so fancy with extremely beautiful lines. It has 3 light settings and it’s dimmable. Sleek and modern, and the size is ideal for my bathroom. It has an anti fog feature and I love that the reflection is really clear.

First one was broken on arrival (obviously not Wayfair’s fault) but both times I received the mirror, the backing was falling off. Once installed I realized that there is basically no light coming from the mirror. It’s more like a nightlight. Definitely not enough to use as a makeup mirror, etc. Returning it.
