The cushions are not charcoal close to black. They are gray. Charcoal grey is a specific, ultra-deep shade of grey that sits right next to black. Dark grey is a wider term for any deeper like shade on the grey spectrum. The pillows are just a shade of gray. Unfortunately we really needed charcoal.

I could not be more disappointed. After waiting for delivery I was so happy it finally arrived. As I have detailed in this form, my first reaction was absolute horror at the ugly olive green colour. I would NEVER order such an ugly colour. I have not opened the package, but felt the texture and it is not as substantial as indicated by the photo. Therefore, it is useless to me as a support to ease getting onto my bed. I wish to return it as quickly as possible, with immediate FULL to my account. I have learned a sad lesson, and will never take the chance of ordering online from Wayfair again. I look forward to immediate resolution to this enormous disappointment. Thank you for your attention.

Love these things! They’re a bit pricey but worth it to wash

These are just as shown..color (Ice) is as it appears online. Almost took off 1 star b/c the loose foam fillng pcs are messy inside..but the fabric is money. it does take a few hours for them to expand to size after unboxing..pic taken 3 hrs after unboxing
