Arrived shattered. Returning is a pain. Requires photos and then option of either request replacement “parts” (useless for a shattered mirror) or request help from customer service via text the next day. Seriously? A picture is fine but next day texting with customer service?

I checked the mirrors for obvious flaws) when they arrived and they seemed ok. It took my contractor over a month to come to finish the bathroom and hang the mirrors. Once hung We noticed 2 big problems...one has a defect in the glass that presents a brown dot right in my field of vision. The other is off kilter in its frame. I contacted Wayfair but since 30 days had passed they wouldn't help. If you are tempted to purchase these mirrors, inspect CLOSELY right away! purchase

Overall beautiful mirror! The screw holders were not centered, making it difficult to hang and having to re-drill screws into the wall. A few minor imperfections but overall love it. Fits our half bathroom perfectly!
